Instant Quote Tool: product specifications (technology, wattage), destination, Incoterm, email, optional name and company
Dealer Applications: company, contact name, email, WhatsApp, country, website, business type, annual volume, product-line interest
Subscription Payments: billing information via Stripe (we do not store card numbers — processed by Stripe)

2. How We Use Your Information

Respond to inquiries, generate Proforma Invoices (PI), send contracts and after-sales support
Evaluate dealer applications and manage partnership relationships
Process subscription payments, provide subscription features, send billing notifications
Send product updates and pricing changes related to your inquiry (only with your consent)
Analyse site traffic and improve user experience
Fulfil legal obligations (tax, anti-money-laundering, etc.)

Retention: inquiry data 7 years (trade compliance) · analytics 14 months (Google default)

6. Cookies

We use:

Essential (cannot be disabled): session management, form submissions
Analytics (optional): Google Analytics (G-ZM4SCF2ELN) for page-view statistics

7. Children's Privacy

PVFinder is a B2B platform and is not directed at users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Our headquarters is in China. Servers are distributed globally (US, EU, Asia-Pacific). Data from EU users may be transferred to China or the US. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure a level of protection equivalent to GDPR requirements.
