Welcome to PVFinder.com ("the Site", "the Platform"). The Site is operated by JUST SOLAR GROUP LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, using, or contacting us via the Site, you accept these Terms of Use.

1. Purpose of the Site

PVFinder.com is JUST SOLAR's product discovery and trade platform. You can use the Site to:

• Browse JUST own-brand products (modules / storage / inverters / cells / mounting / BOS)
• Browse the LONGi product line (we are an authorized LONGi distributor)
• Submit inquiries (RFQs) and use the Instant Quote tool
• Apply to become a JUST dealer
• Subscribe to paid services (Dealer Membership, Market Intelligence Pro, Instant Quote Pro, etc.)

2. Nature of Quotes

The Instant Quote tool provides estimated price ranges, not binding offers. All formal quotes are delivered via the Proforma Invoice (PI) we send by email or WhatsApp. Final prices depend on order size, payment terms, lead time, current market week, destination-port specifics, and other factors.

Unless a signed written contract or confirmed PI is in place, content, quotes, data, and information on the Site do not constitute a binding offer.

3. B2B Trading Terms

• Payment methods: T/T wire transfer primarily; L/C per contract terms; Stripe card only for subscription services
• Payment terms: default 100% T/T before shipment (orders < $30,000); larger orders may use 30% deposit + 70% against B/L copy (case-by-case)
• Lead times: 30-40 days FOB Ningbo; 5-day delivery from EU Skopje warehouse
• Warranty: JUST modules 15yr product / 30yr linear power; LONGi products follow LONGi manufacturer warranty terms
• Dispute resolution: amicable negotiation first; if unresolved, submitted to Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under UNCITRAL rules

4. Subscription Terms

• Auto-renewal: monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellation: cancel anytime from your account panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
• Refunds: monthly subscriptions are non-refundable; annual subscriptions may request full refund within 14 days of initial subscription
• Price changes: we reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with 30-day advance notice
• Termination: violating these Terms or abusing the subscription (scraping, reverse-engineering) may result in immediate termination without refund

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, datasheets, brands, logos, software) is owned by JUST SOLAR GROUP LIMITED or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.

"LONGi", "Hi-MO", and "HPBC" are trademarks of LONGi Green Energy Technology Co. Ltd., used here under an authorized distributor agreement. Other third-party trademarks are property of their respective owners.

Reproduction, distribution, adaptation, or commercial use without our written permission is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Site, you may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to bulk-download Site data (except via our authorized API)
• Submit false inquiries or dealer applications
• Reverse-engineer, crack, or circumvent paywalls
• Use the Site for any purpose that violates the laws of your jurisdiction
• Impersonate another person or a JUST SOLAR employee

7. Limitation of Liability

Site content is provided "as is". We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee:

• Complete precision of Instant Quote estimates (reference only)
• Completeness or timeliness of third-party company information
• Uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Site

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JUST SOLAR is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any subscription service is capped at the total subscription fees you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Third-Party Brand Disclaimer

The Site references third-party solar brands in certain contexts (e.g., LONGi, and other manufacturers for market reference only). Except for LONGi Solar (for which we hold a written authorized distributor agreement), we have no official affiliationwith other brands mentioned on the Site. Brand references are for market reference and industry education only. For purchases of those brands, contact the manufacturer or their official authorized channel directly.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be marked by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. All disputes are finally resolved by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
