DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is the most buyer-friendly Incoterm. The seller delivers goods to the buyer's specified address, handling ocean freight, insurance, customs clearance, import duty, VAT, and final trucking. All risk and cost are on the seller until the goods reach the destination warehouse. DDP pricing is 15-25% higher than FOB but provides pricing certainty.
