OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) = a Chinese factory produces solar modules with your brand name and logo printed on the back. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) = the factory designs the module based on your specifications (wattage, size, frame color, junction box type). Minimum OEM order typically 2 x 40HQ containers (~900 kW) for personalized branding. ODM orders start at 5-10 containers. Common for distributors wanting a private-label brand. Major OEM-capable factories: all Tier-1 Chinese manufacturers offer OEM service.
